The Team Behind the Platform
Our founder spent over three decades helping organizations work smarter. As a U.S. Air Force veteran and career instructional designer, they built training systems, designed performance tools, and developed the kind of systematic thinking that makes great automation possible. The lesson learned early: the best technology in the world is worthless if the people using it don't understand it — and that conviction drives everything Ingenium AI does.
After retiring from federal service, we didn't slow down — we built. We founded TumbleWeb Design to help local businesses establish a professional online presence. We launched H.I.R.E. Resumes to use AI in transforming how job seekers tell their career stories. We developed AlphaCommand, an AI-powered trading automation platform. Each business is a live laboratory — a proof of concept that automation and AI, applied thoughtfully, produce real results.
